Matthew Farr
Counsel
Matthew serves as an advisor to the Office of the General Counsel and the Director of National Strategy on international and domestic legal issues.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his BA from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. After law school, Matt taught comparative law at the University of Tübingen in Germany.
